Safeaid Services are a family run business set up in 1995, fronted by a team of passionate individuals who aim to provide high-quality, Regulated First Aid Courses throughout the Midlands areas, and now expanding to provide expertly driven Fire Safety and Defibrillator training also. In all our years active, we have provided our course material to professionals of all industry types and backgrounds, and are proud to have received only positive feedback as response to our service delivery, with credit consistently being given to our expert instructors for their knowledge, insight and approach with learners. We strive to be a platinum standard provider, offering the highest level of regulated training possible for our clients and with our full time back office team on site, we will seek to provide the best support and assistance you deserve whilst signed up to our services.

Stuart has been involved in the provision of emergency patient care since 1995 as a Firefighter and has been teaching Pre Hospital trauma courses since 2000. He has gained hands on experience as an Advanced Practitioner of First Aid and Trauma Management with the Fire Service and is passionate about delivering the best training available anywhere in the UK, complemented by using the highest level of regulated awards, the best training equipment and a hand picked team of exceptional instructors. He has also assisted in placing over 200 defibrillator units into our local community.

Further qualifications were gained in Pre Hospital Trauma Care via the College of Surgeons Edinburgh, First Response Emergency Care Level 4 (FREC4) and additional operation experience as a Community Responder WMAS he was also Chairperson Fast Aid Charity BBC.

Lisa’s main objective is to assist our customers in making their life easier. She is the first point of contact for our clients and assists them with advice and information so they get best service possible from booking of courses right through to course completion and delivery of qualifications. She has gained vast customer facing relationships as a serving Police Officer for 23 years. Her attention to detail and fantastic working relationship with our clients completes the full package for Safeaid Services.

Our Community Work

Safeaid Services have always been pro active with projects to help the local community.

In addition to our First aid at work Courses and Paediatric First aid Courses in Walsall Wolverhampton Birmingham and throughout Staffordshire we have also delivered courses to many community organisations, including Scout groups, The Salvation Army and church groups. We have also donated our services to a number of charities. This has been our way of putting that little bit back into the community.
